How do you make people want to come when you make a travel commercial?

I have a project from school. I have to make a travel commercial for Connecticut. The problem is it has to be in colonial times for Connecticut. I have to make a script but I get graded on for people coming. I have to make a script for geographic features and climate, history/ founder, government, religious beliefs , jobs, leisure,food, education and clothing. Please this ignment is due Monday
