Intelligent Design help? (Creationists please!)?

Ask at the debate what human was alive on Earth that knew the germ theory 3500 years ago to have written the hygiene laws in the book of Leviticus for the human race to follow and remain the healthiest while alive on Earth based on that someones knowledge of the germ theory? Their answer will be no human alive 3500 years ago on Earth knew the germ theory to have written these hygiene laws for the human race to follow in the book of Leviticus. So I guess that whoever it was that wrote these hygiene laws for the human race to follow in the book of Leviticus based on their knowledge of the germ theory was not a human but an Intelligent Designer we have given the name Yahweh.
