When to pick up Monta Ellis or Gilbert Arenas?

I'm kind of gettin' nervous since it's almost time for them to get back onto the court. I'm afraid the other owners would snatch him away, but I don't want to pick them up too early since I have some big matchups in the next few weeks. I'm in an 8-team H2H league.
