A programme called " b " is playing random people and music, does anyone know how to get rid of b or fix this?

Not entirely sure what happens just recently when i got my laptop, it starts to play random music and other people talking, and even sounds like Bruno, but not entirely sure what it is and is quite annoying..thanks for your help :)
