Should I ask her out?

I'm (almost) 14 and I really like this girl. Please so say any mean things about my age, becuase you liked girls at my age too and don't lie. First off, she is 12, but (not even) 2 years apart, so it's not a big difference. I don't think it weird at all, In fact a had 2 other girl friends that were almost 2 younger. Also my parents are 8 years apart, my grandparents 9 years, and my cousin 12 years. (she's 31 he's 44). So now that were not talking about age difference, one problem is she lives almost 2 hours away, but we both go to the same online homeschool. Also her parents will go to great lengths to hav her hang out with friends. And the last problem is that she recently got dumped by a punk kid that I hated but treated nicely becuase I didn't want to offend her.
