Can anyone help me how to prepare "Herbal Lehiyam" with herbal & spices?

Regarding the above matter I would like to know how some people are making "Ginger Lehiyam, Garlig Lehiyam & Energy Lehiyam and some more types of lehiyam with herbals & spices. specially this will be done by some illiterate people they were called "Parikariyar" how these people doing these things? what kinds of herbals are used for this lehiyam? if i want to study this matter, is there any free guiding sites? Please anyone help me in this regards because I am so interest to know about preparing Lehiyam with herbal.
