Cant get rid of my acne!!!! help please!?

alright so i cant seem to get rid of my acne. have had it since 6th grade and now im a junior and its only got worse and worse i would say its moderate to severe :P ive been to the doctor ive been proscribed many topical solutions like bp and retin-A and some others. ive been proscribed tetracycline that did absolutley nothing and now im on doxycycline 100mg twice a day that ive been taking for 3 weeks and also using 10% bp and it hasnt done ****...its actually gotten worse in my opinion. what the hell can i do!?!?!
