Country kitchen cabinets with inserts need help with paint color?

we have light wood floors.lower walls have light maple paneling with a chair rail and paint above the chair rail.the cabinet doors are recessed and hubby put in the maple paneling in the inserts.There is a pale yellow on the walls and cabinets currently.I want a color that makes the inserts pop and the same color above the chair rail.Any suggestions.The counter-top is white with faint green streaks.There is not a lot of the light in the kitchen and it is a 12x18 space.The family room adjoining the kitchen is painted a pale beige with olive ds and brown leather furniture..
