How do you complete Mission 4 - Arcadia City in Halo Wars on Heroic difficulty?

I've tried *at least* 20 times, and I finally admit I AM STUCK. I know I need to destroy the Covenant Mega Turret, but I can't seem to muster enough fire power AND keep at least 1 transport alive at the same time. Help?
