How do you deal with people rubbishing your character and spreading gossip about you to others?

Only those who are ignorant and lack self confidence would listen to gossip and make a decision about someone. Those people in my opinion are not worthy of my time. I know who I am. And bottom line the truth will come to light, it may take awhile but the truth will prevail. I would pray for the their ignorant souls. Ignorance is not a disease and it can be cured with a bit of knowledge. Good luck to you!
