How would I go about becoming a beta tester?

I'm looking to obtain a full-time position as a beta tester. Any advice on where to obtain such a job? Note: answers such as simply "contact the company" will not be picked as best answer. If that's your answer, examples of such companies that are known to hire for such positions in the Dallas area would be helpful.
