Is there anything I can spray or clean my carpets with to deter my puppy from going potty on the carpet?

We have tried the potty pads and spray but that doesnt work. Is there anything I can spray on my carpet or even put in my carpet steam cleaner to deter her from wanting to go on the carpet? We take her outside every 30-40 minutes but sometimes she still goes on the floor. Just wondering if there's anything else out there to try. Thanks!
