Well you left out many need to know items. Is it a factory wheel? Is it an aftermarket? If its a factory wheel you should be able to find one in a salvage yard, or pay a lot of money at the dealer. If its an aftermarket you would need to know what company made it, then go to their web site or call. The numbers will mean something mean something if you find out what company the wheel is from.
