Putting on eyeliner?

its looks like you hav pretty big eyes (not in a bad way) i dont think you should worry about making them look smaller. just go across the lash line and a little higher as u go out on top. then fallow the water line along the bottom. if u use non-waterproof eyeliner on the bottom water line it will push down and also try a cream liner (sephora has some great)
