Birth Control for kids under the Age of Consent?

haha. Well, one thing is certain. Keeping two people from engaging in ual activities, underage or not, is near impossible. People are going to do what they want regardless. As for the birth control, I think if teens are trying to be responsible about , you shouldn't take that away from them. I think if you didn't allow teens to be able to purchase birth control, there's a much bigger chance of more teen pregnancies, because they're still going to have with or without birth control.
