Can u love someone that doesn't speak your language?!?

hi, I'm an African girl who work in British timeshare company, my mother language is Arabic but I don't speak my own language and I use English as 1st language, I've been living like a Brit for long time, my work, mates, food and every thing is English in my life, I moved to Cyprus last year in order from my company to join the sales team over here and since then I never spoke to any cypriots, I don't have the chance to meet any anyway, few days ago I went out with my mates to one of the local Brits pubs, I saw two fit guys in the street staring at me, I didn't really care cause that happen all the time, during the break the two guys comes to the pub and ask me in a very bad English if I'm Cypriot cause of my dark skin I think, any way only one of them speaks English in very bad way the other doesn't know one word, the guy that doesn't speak English was looking to me in a way that gives my stomach erflies!! His friends start to translate what he wanna say to me, was funny since he can't speak good English enough for simple conversation, any way he toke my number, I really like him, sumin about him makes me feel weird! I never got envikved with locals before but I feel that I like him and I can't understand my self, am no teenagers to just get attracted to him cause his fit!!!! I can have as many fit guys as I like if I want to, but I can't understand why am happy to know this guy !!! Can I love someone I can't speak with without third party(translator)!! I feel it deep inside as if he touches my soul when he looks at me!!!!
