Was 9/11 an act of war?

No.Definitely comes under 'Crimes against Humanity'.I remember thinking at the time how badly Bush had squandered the global out-pouring of sympathy towards America at the time.I also remember how gormless he looked sitting there reactionless at the biggest news ever to come out of America.I say that was the reaction of a man with prior knowledge IMHO and the 'WAR' had long been on the table.So two crimes against humanity happened on 9/11 as far as I'm concerned.
